1.Start strong by outlining you eyes with dark a dark pencil. For small eyes, use a white pencil on inner eyes before applying shadow.
2.Be playfull and update your charcoal eyes with touches of emerald and navy. Defne the crease of the eye with a dark shade and blend outwards
3.Glam up, finishing off by adding accents of shimmer to your lids.
